Hanno has diverse experience in commercial, industrial, and oilfield sectors, bringing a wealth of expertise to the table. He has mentored individuals on our team throughout his years of employment, helping to pave the path to achieving the vision of the Company. Lex Shennan
Site Manager, Special Projects
Lex brings nearly 30 years of experience in industrial operations, equipment performance, maintenance practices and workplace safety. His experience across industrial and energy-related environments supports a practical, field-focused approach to operational challenges and project delivery. Lex manages site coordination, operational efficiency, workforce collaboration, equipment readiness and adherence to workplace safety requirements.
Trevor Macaulay
Production Manager
Trevor has been with VaporTech since 2010. He holds a Red Seal Journeyman Millwright Certificate. As VaporTech’s Production Manager, he provides exceptional support to our team, ensuring that they have the resources needed for optimal operations. Trevor manages the production and delivery of rotary vane vapour recovery unit (VRU) packages and reman packages, coordinating schedules, resources, and project requirements. He works closely with team members to keep projects on track and ensure quality from planning through completion. He lead his team with insight on the operator needs, resulting in impressive packages that showcase VaporTech’s expertise in Rotary Vane packaging.
Jaden Edwards
Parts & Service
Jaden joined VaporTech in 2021 and is a 2nd Year Millwright Apprentice. Providing support to the Management Team, he has been learning the customized services that VaporTech provides. He contributes to all areas of the business and has brought forth new ideas for business growth. Jaden is a hard worker that motivates his coworkers to rise to any challenge with a positive attitude.
Elvin Naidu
Quality Control
Elvin oversees welding activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) requirements. He guides the welding team, monitors procedures, and supports consistent workmanship across projects. Elvin is actively working toward his expanding his credentials to further to support ongoing and future Projects at VaporTech.
Vyshak
Document Control
Vyshak is responsible for managing and organizing project documents, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and accessible. He coordinates document reviews, approvals, and distribution to support clear communication and efficient teamwork. Vyshak is eager to help in all areas of the business and has become a consistent participant in our project teams.
